Last week during our ANSE board meeting in Vilnius Franck Joseph Maurin took place at our Board. We are grateful and very happy to welcome Franck as a new member of the ANSE Board! He has already done an excellent job organising this week’s event at the Parliament in Brussels.

Franck Joseph-Maurin is a certified professional supervisor and coach, former President of the Professional Supervisors Federation in France.

For more than twenty years, he has supported leaders, founders, and executive teams in navigating human complexity and organizational transformation. A specialist in relational dynamics, he works at the intersection of communication sciences, relational intelligence, living systems, and management to help leaders and organizations cultivate sustainable performance and collective development.

As a supervisor, consultant, trainer, and psychopractitioner, Franck is recognized for his tenacity, his constructive and uncompromising benevolence, and his ability to bring clarity and depth to complex human systems. Active in France and internationally, he is eager to bring to the ANSE Executive Board his strong commitment for the professionalization of supervision, the development of reflective practices, and the strengthening of connections within the European community of supervisors.
