Seminar ``Supervisors in the Organizational Context``
Vytautas Magnus University, Jonavos g. 66. , Kaunas, Lithuania
Trainer: Elisabeth Alder, Austria, - www.alder.at . Content description: What is an organization (= company, institution, NGO, ministry etc.)? An organization does not only consist of offices and buildings, not of official documents and routines, not even of all the people together who work there. It is all this and much more. The answer modern systemic theory postulates is: An organization is a system of communications/decisions. For our clients the organization provides a framework. Within an organization, there are successful ways how to act, how to perceive reality, how to feel and how to think, which can be very different from other organizations. Whether somebody is successful does not only depend on one – just the right way - to behave, but on recognizing where you are, reflecting and acting accordingly. In this seminar/workshop we will make organizations visible. And we will support our clients in their reflection on how to use this to find helpful solutions. Methods: self-reflection, exercises, mutual coaching, supervision, group work. A basic handout (slides) on systemic theory and systemic supervision will be send in advance to be studied beforehand. Participant fee: € 80,-
