How Reflective Practice can help bridging gaps
On November 21, 2024, the Association of National Organisations for Supervision and Coaching in Europe invites you to take part in an event on the occasion of the European Day of Supervision & Coaching.
We will have an introductive keynote by Ruth Gschleier (vival insitute, IT) about Bridging Gaps in a Fragmented World: The Role of Reflective Practice, followed by a Panel discussion with Alessandra Moretti (MEP, IT), Ruth Gschleier (IT), Fabio Lesuisse (BE), Miriam Ullrich (President of ANSE, DE), Brikena Xhomaqi (Director of Lifelong Learning Platform AL), hosted by Cornelia Kohlross-Gittenberger (ANSE Treasurer, AT).
Supervision and Coaching are consulting formats that can make a difference in many cultures and contexts by helping people develop their skills and overcome challenges.
One of ANSE’s main objectives is to create greater awareness of the relevance of Supervision and Coaching. How can we build bridges and overcome gaps in a fragile world? Is reflective practice viable for professionals and leaders to foster cooperation and reinforce our fundamental democratic values?
With all attendees, we will explore different aspects in panel and group discussions. We are looking forward to seeing you and to benefit from meeting in person, get inspired, and strengthen relations to network and collaborate beyond this event.
When: November 21, 2024, 04.00-06.30 pm, afterwards networking Cocktail
Where: Representation of the European Region Tyrol-South Tyrol-Trentino, 47 Rue de Pascale, B-1040 Brussels
