This event aims to explore how reflective practices like Supervision and Coaching can enhance the quality of cooperation and policymaking. We will engage with experts from European Institutions and other actors at the EU level, as well as socio-politically committed professionals, to discuss how reflective practice facilitates the recognition of paradigms that shape our thinking and actions, ultimately contributing to improved communication.
