At its best supervision is a reflective, relational, transformative, and collaborative process. Supervisees often witness the darkest side of human experience. How does this affect them and how do they cope? How can supervision help regulate and transform painful experience? How can transformed supervisee’s way of being influence the next supervision session?

All these questions are the focus of mindfulness and compassion oriented integrative supervision.
