On June 2, 2021, 18.00-20.00 CET, Jean-Paul Munsch will host Talent Talk #3: Group dynamics and conflict resolution in online consulting.

In this talk Jean-Paul Munsch will first highlight the main aspects of groupdynamics and some differences between face-to-face and online. Secondly he will focus on some important points of online conflict resolution. The talk will be enriched by little exercises.

Dr.Jean-Paul Munsch lives in Zurich, Switzerland and is a coach, supervisor, lecturer, and consultant for individuals, teams and organisations. After completing his education as a secondary teacher Jean-Paul Munsch studied philosophy and history in Zurich and Amsterdam. Several years of work as a teacher, headmaster and lecturer at various universities. Further education in systemic coaching, clinical supervision, dialogue facilitating, family therapy and organizational consulting.
